Things to Do in December 2021

The Christmas season has finally arrived! During December you can always expect London’s streets to be magnificent. The Christmas lights, the amazing decorations and a warm atmosphere (even if the weather is very cold!). Whether you’re an indoor or outdoor person, we have something for you in our December events list.

Harry Potter Movies at Hogwarts in the Snow

For Harry Potter fans, Warners Bros studio opens its door for the Christmas season. The Iconic great hall will be decorated exactly like the movie for the event. To make this even more authentic, replicas of dishes such as the flaming Christmas pudding will make an appearance.

Actual props, costumes and models used in the movies. Don’t miss out on this event which will take place until January 16th.

Winter Wonderland

Hyde Park is transformed into a magnificent winter spectacle filled with ice rinks, fun family shows, fairground rides and even a Christmas market! This year you can book a ticket to enter at peak time which will grant you access to Ice skating, Giant Observation Wheel, Magical Ice Kingdom, Circus shows, Bar Ice, Ice-sculpting workshops and the Fairground rides and games at no extra cost. 

The Winter Wonderland park will be open from the 19th November to the 3rd of January.

The Bougie Drag Bottomless Dinner

For a more indoor experience, you can enjoy a 3-course meal surrounded by fabulous drag performers. A ticket will guarantee you a 7-hour fun party with games, gag-worthy immersive experiences, fun competitions and so much more!!

Christmas at Kew

The royal botanical garden, Kew, will turn into a glittering wonderland this winter! Enjoy a 75-minute walk through a fairy-like trail. A mixture of fragrant scent coming from the garden, tasty Christmas treats and drinks, sparkling tunnels of light and trees bathed thousands of LED lights. 

A fun family event free for children under 4. £14 for kids between 4-15 and £21 for adults.

Its start on November 17th and finished on January 9th.

Winter Terrace at Holmes

A secret roof terrace in the centre of Marylebone is launching a movie pop up this winter!

Not only do you enjoy a movie, but you also get a seasonal winter tasting meal complimentary with a glass of Perrier Jouet Brut with your ticket. 

You also get to choose which movie you want to watch surrounded by fairy lights, fur throws and popcorn!
