8 Vendors that Captured Our Attention in the London Summer Event Show
As each passing day brings us a few more minutes of daylight, it’s time to start dreaming about your next summer party!
In early February, we attended to the London Summer Event Show in Freemasons’ Hall to check out the hottest vendors for your next summer party. From immersive experiences to high-energy activities, here are our favourites:
Capture the Moment with Photobot.co
No party is ever complete without a photobooth, and Photobot.co has some of the most innovative options around. From GIF booths to retro coin-operated machines, they customise every detail to match your event’s vibe.
We even tried Ray, their new bullet-time booth, featuring a rack of professional DSLR cameras to capture you in different angles. The results speak for themselves!
Outdoors Fun at The Bowls Club London
Nothing says summer like a game of lawn bowls in the rare British sunshine. The Bowls Club London is bringing this classic pastime back to Finsbury Park in June, complete with summer cocktails, live music and an all-new barbecue menu.
With just 16 dates available for booking in June and July, make sure you nab your spot before it evaporates under the summer sun!
Get Creative with Habit Haus
We had a blast at Habit Haus’ candle-making workshop, where we even crafted a Goho-inspired wavy candle! Their workshops are a fun and easy way to unleash your creativity. Beyond candles, they now offer ceramic plate painting, napkin embroidery and candleholder decorating, letting you create a full custom table setup.
Unique Venues at Cream Group
You may have heard of Cream Group’s House Party. It’s a 7-floor bar and event space decorated like a nostalgic 90s house and was produced in collaboration with Stormzy. This unique club has rooms themed like the kitchen, parents’ bedroom and teenagers’ bedroom!
However, did you know they have two other equally immersive spaces?
Dear Darling in Mayfair has a dark Victorian theme, with vintage furniture and eerie artwork, and Cirque le Soir is a circus-inspired space featuring neon lights and live performers like fire-breathers.
If you’re looking for a cool venue for a hot summer evening, check these venues out!
Level Up Your Decor at Visual Architects
Want a visually stunning event? You can get the wonderful artists at Visual Architects to dream up bold, immersive designs with custom sculptures, neon lights and mural installations.
Personally, we loved their lush leafy walls for a summer soirée! Check out their collaborations with Puma and Superdrug to see their branding magic in action.
High-octane Fun at Mercedes-Benz World
For an adrenaline-packed experience, Merceds-Benz World in Surrey offers Drive and Dine experiences, Race Screenings, and Team-Building activities in a cutting-edge venue
With three floors of high-tech facilities and classic cars onsite, this is the ultimate choice fro thrill-seekers looking to mix business with pleasure.
Games and Entertainment from Clownfish Events
If you love a bit of competition, Clownfish Events has you covered. They offer game rentals like retro racing simulators, crazy golf, dance machines, and even Batak reaction challenges.
Plus, they provide popcorn stands, candy floss machines, photobooths, and live entertainers—everything you need for an unforgettable event.
We tried their Batak game, which is an arcade-type game thatmeasures your reaction time. Don’t ask us how we did.
An Immersive Dining Experience at The Lost Estate
Imagine a theatre, live music, and fine dining experience—all in one. The Lost Estate brings stories to life through immersive performances, where guests become part of the narrative.
From 1920s jazz dramas to an enchanting Swan Lake ballet, each event is a unique adventure that will transport you to another world.
