Celebrating Black-Owned Restaurants

Discover the Best in London and Support Diversity this Black History Month!

A study conducted in 2020 revealed that only 0.6% of restaurants in the UK were owned by Black proprietors. This is significantly disproportionate considering that the 2021 ethnic group consensus reported that 4.6% (2.4 million) of the UK population identified as "Black, Black British, Caribbean, or African.”

With Black History Month celebrations arriving this October, we’re highlighting our favourite Black-owned restaurants and venues in London. By supporting these establishments, you contribute to minority communities and make a meaningful choice about where to dine, host team events, or enjoy some cheeky cocktails.
