Event Venue Spotlight: Warner Bros Studio Tour London
As event professionals, we are constantly scouting incredible venues for our clients. Every now and then, we come across a venue so extraordinary that it deserves a bigger spotlight!
Welcome to our newest series, where we take you behind the scenes of some of the most exciting venues we’ve had the privilege to explore.
Recently, we had the amazing opportunity to tour Warner Bros Studio Tour London, home of the actual sets from the Harry Potter movies! Spoiler alert: it’s nothing short of magical!
Did you know you could have a marvellous Christmas dinner in Hogwarts’ Great Hall? Or that you could bring a DJ and a dance floor to turn Platform 9 and 3/4 into a disco? If that’s not enchanting enough, you can even arrange for Death Eaters to roam the room and “threaten” your guests for added theatrics.
During our tour, we spoke with the venue’s enthusiastic sales team, who revealed that Christmas bookings for the upcoming year are already rolling in. It’s easy to see why – who wouldn’t want to celebrate in such a spellbinding space?
Warner Bros Studio Tour London caters to a wide variety of events, including corporate socials, private parties, and even the occasional wedding reception. In the daytime, they welcome the general public for tours, but by night, the space transforms into a private wonderland for bespoke events.
One standout gesture of hosting your event here is the exclusivity. Guests can explore the entire studio in private, creating unparalleled photo opportunities all without the usual queues. Imagine capturing your team posing aboard the Hogwarts Express or on flying broomsticks! That would make an excellent LinkedIn post.
What truly elevates this venue is the incredible team behind-the-scenes. The friendly and knowledgeable staff – many of whom are Harry Potter fans themselves – will accompany your party through the private tour of the studio, sharing fascinating insights about the movies, adding a delightful personal touch for guests.
Why do we always recommend our clients to go for unique and over-the-top venues?
Why settle for a regular company dinner at the restaurant across the street from your office, when you could create an unforgettable experience in a venue that tells a story? Whether on a boat, a football stadium, a double-decker bus, or the oldest pub in London, there are many hidden gems waiting to be dressed up for your corporate event.
