The Client:

Tootbus is a hop-on hop-off sightseeing bus tour company offering a unique way to discover London, Windsor and Paris. The company underwent a rebranding in 2021.

The Brief: 

Tootbus has a goal to raise their brand reputation to sell more tickets online, connect with their target audience, engage with potential customers and drive traffic to their website through social media coverage.

Our Approach:

Through extensive research, competitor analysis and taking into consideration brand values, key trends and platforms, we created a social media strategy, including paid and organic content. 

Our approach included:

  • Running Tootbus London’s Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok accounts

  • Collaborated with well known London travel and lifestyle influencers and inviting them to experience the tours that are available

  • Increased volume of reel and video content

  • Created conversion Ad campaigns to increase website traffic and sales

  • Increased community manager tactics

Results: 

In the first 3 months we’ve increased their:

Instagram followers by +204.4%, +1,032% Accounts Reached, +2,546% Accounts Engaged, Profile Visits, +153%, External Link Taps, +116% and Content Interactions, +1,546%

Facebook followers by +211.5%, Reach, +231.5%, Profile Visits, +164.7%, Paid Reach, +95.3% and Paid Impressions, +76.6%

Tik Tok has increased by more than 999.99% across all areas including video views and followers.
