The Client:
House of Twenty is a furniture store and restoration workshop based in East London, specialising in mid-century Scandinavian design. They hand restore specialist furniture, with an all-female workshop.
The Brief:
House of Twenty were looking to build a more consistent and clear identity on social media, raising brand awareness and reaching out to their target audience.
Our Approach:
We created a bespoke marketing strategy outlining their aims and targets, taking into consideration their key markets, competitors and brand values.
We consulted regularly with the team to ensure our vision was aligned with theirs and went to visit the workshop and showroom in order to create content to use across platforms.
Additionally, we worked to establish the Facebook and Instagram shop integrations in order to boost reach, and supplemented our activities by managing a PPC campaign to further drive traffic to the website.
Results:
Over this time we grew Instagram reach by over 18,000%, including reels with over 20k combined views
On Pinterest, we were able to increase the total audience by over 300, and we also saw a 60% growth in impressions on the Google Business profile across this period.
