Event - Virtual Events

The Client: 

Vine HR is a not-for-profit company formed by the Heads of HR from local authorities

The Brief: 

Vine HR needed help connecting with their employees virtually during COVID-19 and to ensure key industry updates were received by the members of the organisation. 

Key Challenges: 

The speakers provided by Vine HR weren't confident on the technical side of delivering this event virtually and hadn’t used our platform before. Vine HR hadn’t run a virtual event before - so this was an entirely new communication technique delivered to their members.  

Our Approach: 

We delivered two webinar sessions for Vine HR, one on case law and another on privileged discussions.  Goho worked closely with Vine HR and the speaker to develop sessions that would be engaging and informative while fitting into employees' busy working schedules. We also spent time training the speaker to use & feel comfortable with the platform ahead of the events.  We provided Vine HR with a fully branded registration page to circulate around the members, securing sign-ups, and promoting the initiative. We also scheduled email comms to employees & attendees before and after the session.  During the 2 webinar sessions, one member of the Goho team was online to offer any needed technical support, moderate incoming comments, and ask attendees questions. After the session, Goho provided Vine HR with a recording of the 2 sessions so they could share with any members that missed it.

The Results: 

  • Goho successfully delivered 2 virtual events for Vine HR  

  • 110 registrants across the two virtual events  

  • 35 registrants watched the replay / live recording 

  • An average of 87% engagement across both webinars 

  • Over 20 messages sent by attendees

As a small business needing to keep our members updated Goho has been a valuable and effective way of engaging and supporting our colleagues remotely. The short enlightening webinars are easy to schedule into a working day and view recordings later if too stretched to attend….I believe this is the way many more of us will be communicating going forward.
