The Client:
Signature Flight is a private jet organisation, operating out of Luton airport.
The Brief:
Signature Flight were due to hold an event for their insurance brokers, organised by their colleagues in the US office. The event was of high importance to the organisation and as such, wanted Goho to deliver a top quality event for them.
Key Challenges:
Operating out of Luton, we had additional security restrictions to consider
The client changed the venue multiple times, from an air-side hanger to an intimate departure lounge, causing last minute changes & considerations.
Our Approach:
We were able to create a slick and high quality event within the VIP lounge at Luton airport. We worked hard to find innovative ways to transform the intimate & small lounge into an event space and cleverly used different areas for presentations, refreshments and catering.
We worked with Cosmic Audio, who provided the tech equipment and AV requirements, ensuring a smooth installation and de-rig.
The Results:
We successfully transformed the departure lounge into a VIP event venue for our clients, impressing their audience
