The Client:
GIG are a flexible staffing agency providing trained staff across the hospitality, events and logistics industries. They offer their workers the combined benefits of flexible shifts and greater worker protections, such as holiday and sick pay. For clients, their growing pool of workers and specialist systems allow businesses to embrace flexible working and easily regulate staffing levels.
Our Approach:
We have worked on a 360° marketing approach with a single brand voice across multiple mediums. From the initial client brief, we worked on a PR campaign and later took on social media to increase brand presence.
We then crafted specific campaigns where we tied PR, social and an out of home advertising campaign together. We worked with the client through the initial development and concepts, drafting ideas and designs to best suit their aims. We then helped execute these concepts including photography and media buying, through to the promotion of the campaign and tie in content.
To further establish GIG’s position as an industry disruptor and innovator, we have used PR to highlight their Co-Founder, Antony, as an authoritative voice within staffing and hospitality.
Results:
28 placements including Bar Magazine and The Express.
On social media, we have maintained consistent posting and acted as one of the first points of contact for customer service.
