The Client:

Americana London is a new Southern American soul food and drink venue on Haymarket that offers a warm and relaxed atmosphere along with authentic Southern hospitality. They entered the competitive London food and drink market in Spring 2023 with no marketing presence. 

The Brief: 

Americana wanted to increase bookings, walk-ins and establish a loyal customer base.

They wanted their online presence to showcase their unique Southern Soul food and top-notch hospitality.

Our Approach:

We created a bespoke marketing strategy outlining their aims and targets, taking into consideration their key markets, competitors and brand values. We visited the restaurant several times and met with the wider team to ensure our vision was aligned with theirs. 

Our Approach included:

  • Running American’s Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, GMB and Tiktok accounts

  • Took over the management of their GMB reviews to ensure reviews were dealt asap. 

  • Launched a newsletter to consumers showcasing different offers and menu items. 

  • Reached out to well known food influencers, bloggers and online reviewers encouraging them to visit the restaurant and to promote to their network. 

  • Partnered with publications as Soft Launch London 

Results: 

In the first 2 months we’ve increased their:

Instagram followers by +104%, +393% Accounts Reached, +248% Accounts Engaged 

LinkedIn Followers by +116%, 

24 Influencers have visited the restaurant and written reviews 

GMB 6,964 Interactions 

Increased covers by 290%*

Bookings have significantly increased, and it has been wonderful to see the increase week on week as we visit the restaurant for content creation purposes.
