Goho's Birthday Celebration
Last Thursday we celebrated our 4th birthday with our clients and friends courtesy of Delirium Dining Club aboard a luxury canal boat, The Boathouse, London. They served us a 9 course Experiential Seasonal Tasting Menu designed to intrigue, confuse and challenge your senses whilst showcasing the best of British produce. For us, it's so very important to always think bigger and more exciting than your average dinner reservation. We always strive to stay creative with our events and give them that special touch that stops a dinner event simply being a dinner, but captivates our guests' imagination and leave them with a truly memorable experience lasting long after the event has ended.
After pink Champagne welcome drinks, we were treated to mini candy floss that tasted like salt and pepper, Thai Green Curry ice cream, morning pancakes filled with Whisky Cured Salmon Pastrami, Duck broth in the style of an Espresso Martini, 100 Day Aged Mangalitsa Nduja & Red Pepper Jam that looked like a jam roly poly with custard, Lamb Noisette, Cacao Nib & Rosemary Crust with Cheshire Saffron Potato in the style of a Black Forest Gateaux, Heritage Tomato & Basil Granita served in a mini plant pot with a mini shovel and then for the sweet courses we were treated to Sicilian Lemon Curd, White Chocolate Cream Macaroni and lastly Banoffee Caramel, Banana Rice, Exmoor Caviar Sushi.
The whole experience did exactly what it promised and intrigued, confused and wowed our senses, creating a wonderful foundation for a truly fantastic evening.
Thank you to our guests, friends and clients for coming along to celebrate this important occasion with us and a huge thank you to our amazing chef, Ricky Evans at Delerium Dining Club for the amazing food.
As we now move into our fifth year, this Birthday dinner sets the theme for the type of event that we want to deliver to our clients. We want to bring something exciting, innovative, different and new, to keep the format of events fresh.
