Wellbeing - Part Two

During Covid-19 our physical health has been at the forefront of discussion, but what about our mental health?

We’ve all undergone so much change over the last couple of months. Whilst we are all trying to remain positive it has taken its toll on our mental health.

In this session we’ll discuss what change actually means, we’ll also look into some theory on how it affects our thinking and some tactics of how to cope with it.

Join us for 30 minutes as we have a candid and honest discussion with our panel and share some valuable advice whilst answering all of your questions.

The aim of this session is to give you some valuable information but in an easily digestible manner.

Who is speaking?

Stacey Karlsson, the MD of Goho will lead the discussion with Alistair Williams and Rachel Jenkins.

Alistair Williams, a multi-award winning marketing and innovation director will share personal approaches developed to keep his own anxiety in check and to remain sane in times of change and turbulence.

Rachel is an Executive Health and Wellness Coach and the Founder of My Health Coach. Rachel specialises in stress and anxiety and has found that these seemingly negative issues we all face are guiding us towards a truth about something physical, mental or emotional that is being denied.

What we'll cover?

  • Is it normal to feel stressed and anxious in these times of change?

  • What approaches help you come to terms with change?

  • Top tips to embrace change.
