In 2019, Stacey-Rebekka Karlsson started Goho. Stacey was the Girl On Her Own, with a passion to provide organisations with a fresh, authentic, and invigorating approach to media.
Over five years on, Goho is now a thriving team and ‘Goho’ stands for so much more - Genuine, Open, High Energy and Original. Our team has a huge amount of experience, creativity, and knowledge and it’s the team collective that makes us who we are today.

Stacey-Rebekka Karlsson - Managing Director
Stacey-Rebekka, the Anglo-Swedish, cheese-munching, master-baker of Goho is the Founder and MD. (She loves a hyphen). She started Goho after becoming disillusioned with the industry and how clients were treated; the focus being on how many hours were billed rather than creative output, customer service and results. Armed with just a
Macbook and a bucket load of positivity she started Goho, and has never looked back.
She has over 19 years experience running award-winning marketing campaigns and events, from recruiting social workers and changing opinion of employer brand of NGOs, to the Guardian Public Service Awards, the Royal Premiere of James Bond - Casino Royale and huge incentive trips abroad.
She's the mastermind and driving force behind all things Goho. She has a BA in Interdisciplinary Performance and Media (yeah, try saying that after a few beers) from Middlesex University, adores her Romanian rescue pup Truffle and has Grade 8 in Saxophone! Stacey champions women and their rights in the workplace, she speaks regularly on the subject and is an active member, coach and mentor for Bloom UK, the network for women in the communications industry.

Mika Sudjarwo - Account Manager - PR and Events
Mika is an Account Manager at Goho, helping out with all things PR and events!
Trading in one busy city for another, she was born and raised in sunny Jakarta, Indonesia. She came to London to pursue a postgraduate degree in Creative Industries and Arts Organisation at Queen Mary University of London, inspired by her love of popular culture and the arts. She wrote a dissertation on the impact of digitalisation on the work of freelance dance artists, based on her own forays in the dance industry (competing with a dance crew in Indonesia's Got Talent for one!). Her interest in connecting with various communities and fostering relationships with just about anyone led her to a role in PR and events.
When not writing press releases and viewing amazing venues, she's dancing, roller skating and hosting games nights.
Saffron Sumner - PR & Marketing Manager
Saffron is Goho's all round superstar. She loves being creative with content and is our LinkedIn mastermind! Whether that's growing personal brands, securing killer PR coverage or being a part of Creating an optimal marketing funnel. Saffron believes the best ideas come from close relationships and collaboration, and when you mix it with the skills we have at Goho, the results speak for themselves!
Saff comes from a Marketing background (despite studying History at University), and found herself falling in love with PR too. You'll often find her at the gym, petting dogs or finding a new holiday destination and on the weekdays, on LinkedIn).
Melissa Howard - Account Manager
Melissa is our Account Manager, she has worked in PR for the last 5 years after finishing her degree in Creative Advertising in Falmouth.
She has worked with brands like Ace & Tate, Feeld, Spotify, and loves working on a report!
When she’s not sending press releases or working on events she is the life of the party at raves, festivals or solo traveling. Mel has lungs for days (she needs two x-rays to see them) so she is quite literally a breath of fresh air!
Charlotte Houldey - Account Executive
Charlotte is our newest member of the team, bringing an eye for creative, on-trend social media ideas. She places a strong emphasis on content that looks good but also has real substance.
Charlotte graduated from the University of Manchester with a first in Sociology, something which she taps into to help her keep on top of social trends.
She started off as a journalist before moving into the sphere of digital media and content creation.
Outside of work, you’ll find her searching for vintage gems in charity shops or scouring Brick Lane for the perfect 2000s designer piece - iced matcha in hand and some UK garage, grime or 90s R&B playing through her headphones.
Tracey Karlsson - Office Manager
Tracey is our Office Manager, with a wealth of experience across both the private and public sectors. Her previous roles include Recruitment & Selection, HR Transformation, HR Systems Implementation & Management, Payroll Management, Audit & Assurance, Contract Management, and Credit Control.
She loves the summer, a cheeky glass or three of wine, travel, flip-flops, and dogs. Many of her holiday snaps feature the numerous strays she's befriended ... including a 'Thai Truffle Doppelganger' who she met whilst in Koh Phangan recently!
Tracey has two adult children and is frequently inspired by their achievements, enthusiasm, compassion for others, and passion for life.
(Yes, one of them is our Founder SRK so she had to be nice).
She is also inspired by Goos' ethics, the teams' diversity, and their ability and enthusiasm to work in partnership to achieve shared goals, and finds that their broad Client base, covering such a wide range of industries, provides new and exciting experiences and challenges each day.
Truffle - Employee of the Month (every single month)
The brain behind every campaign or decision we make at Goho, Truffle came all the way from Romania to rescue our Managing Director Stacey.
Her cuddling and ball fetching skills have made her not only our Top Employee but also Top Model material, being featured in calendars and stuff (she's not really into it but the amount of treats on offer was really seductive).
Despite the clear advantage she has for being the owner of the company and being super cute, she's also a really good fit for the team: loves a pub environment, enjoys a good walk around London, hates a d**khead... The only difference is that when she disagrees with something or someone, she just barks at them and leaves the room -
something we all wish we could do…
Mike Black - Freelance Graphic and Web Designer
Mike is our freelance creative talent and has a multi-disciplined
background that makes him the design and comms all-rounder at Goho. With a PR degree from the London College of Fashion, he has worked across the fashion industry for the past 17 years, for luxury/retail clients and print design brands, to provide communications strategy, graphics, and operational solutions.
A keen visual communicator, he is our graphic and web design power-house, able to make your brand's vision spring off the page, while also being able to fulfil all technical, SEO, and web competencies. He's fully versed in industry-standard technologies including Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop, and top web platforms.
He enjoys getting away from his screen once in a while and is an illustrator and printmaker in his spare time.
