The Client:

Arca is an eclectic lifestyle and homeware brand based in Norwich, seeking to bring joy and creativity to their customers in store and online. With a range of hand curated products from across the globe, Arca provides the latest bohemian, Scandinavian and hygge trends to brighten any home. 

The Brief:

Arca were looking to launch their brand online, reaching a wider range of customers beyond the location of the store itself. They looked to create a clear brand identity and image through the use of imagery, to showcase their products and style in the best light. 

Our Approach:

We created an in-depth marketing strategy exploring the brand’s mission statement, aims, market positioning, and communication objectives. By creating target consumer personas, competitor analysis, and tone of voice, we were able to craft a social strategy to best represent Arca’s aims. 

After visiting their store to create a selection of social media content, we posted across 4 platforms, whilst also establishing their Facebook and Instagram shop. Throughout this, we managed the brand’s engagement, community management and monitoring. 

Results:

On social, we achieved a 95% growth on Instagram, 25% on Facebook, and went from 0 to 500 followers on Pinterest in just one month.
