The Brief:
Our client wanted to book a hotel break for her birthday
Key Challenges:
Hotels were only just reopening after COVID-19 closures
Facilities were still limited but we wanted to find something special for our clients birthday
It was important that our client felt safe during her stay and that the hotel was putting in all the correct health and safety measures regarding Covid19
Our Approach:
Our client had attended several of Goho’s ‘Through the Lobby’ virtual events, where each week we explored a different hotel so she had a good idea of where she wanted to go.
We approached the hotels to find out what was available and what facilities would be open during their stay. We also enquired about any special outdoor activities that our client could do to make her birthday that extra bit special.
We booked her a weekend stay including a garden stroll and afternoon tea in the grounds and an alfresco dinner.
We also made sure that the hotel had all the correct safety precautions in place to ensure an enjoyable stay whilst also still getting a fantastic experience in a beautiful setting.
